We accept returns or refunds only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or leaked. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for checking the ingredients and suitability for your hair. We cannot be held responsible for reactions caused by using the products on incompatible hair types or not following the usage instructions.

Electrical products like flatirons and blow dryers
If these products are in any way defective, they will be sent back to the supplier. Please note that all hair styling products are tested before shipping.
