1. Processing Time: 
All orders are processed within 3-9 business days, depending on which type of shipping you choose. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We mainly make use of PAXI for our shipping and deliveries. Items are sent to your nearest PAXI collection point.

• Standard Bag Normal Shipping (7-9 Business Days): R59.95

• Standard Bag Fast Shipping (3-5 Business Days): R109.95

• Large Bag Normal Shipping (7-9 Business Days): R119.95

• ​​Large Bag Fast Shipping (3-5 Business Days): R139.95

Bag size will already be determined upon checkout.


2. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

3. Shipping Partners:
We mainly use PAXI for our sipping and deliveries. Please visit https://www.paxi.co.za/terms-conditions for their Ts and Cs. 

4. Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please email us at info@laurenandco.co.za within 1 day of delivery. Include your order number and photos and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
